This park features hiking, fishing Georgias forests, a nature center and campgrounds. Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests abound with history. Some seedlings from lesser ranked families may have exceptional qualities.

Have you or Georgias forests loved ones ever visited any of these parks, and if so, what did you think? Off the exit ramp, turn onto GA Hwy 26 traveling west towards Montezuma. The picnic area is located near the area entrance and has six picnic tables. This park is a prehistoric American Indian site, where many different American Indian cultures occupied this land for thousands of years.

Although most famous as a Civil War battlefield, Kennesaw Mountain has a much richer story. - Located at the junction of the Tallulah River and Tate Branch, this recreation area offers camping and fishing. This 6-site developed campground near lake Burton and Lake Rabun is located only 100 yards from the trailhead, allowing for trouble-free access to the trail system directly from the campground. Loop through recreation area is paved. Have you ever hiked the Bartram Trail before?
